How often should I schedule a cleaning service?

After an initial deep clean biweekly or monthly is the preferred schedule, but all within the clients budget



What is your pricing structure?

We charge by the hour per cleaning, but can customize a package deal for each client.



Do you provide a free estimate or in-home assessment?

Yes all our estimates are free online quotes based on info provided.



Are cleaning supplies and equipment included in the service, or do I need to provide them?

Yes we supply all cleaning supplies and equipment.



Do you offer eco-friendly or green cleaning options?

Yes all our cleaning products are eco-friendly.



How long does a typical cleaning session take?

It all depends on each home, and the size and cleaning wanted.



Do I need to be home while you clean?

No you dont need to be home, as long as we have assess to the home , most home owners leave us a key, or code, or just let us in and leave, but your more then welcome to stay in your home during the clean.



Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Please provide notice 48 hours prior to avoid a fee. Last minute cancellations will be subjected to being charged full price for that clean but will be used for a future appointment in the form of credit.

How far in advance should I book a cleaning appointment?

The more notice the better but we like to book a week in advance but understand sometimes is not  avoidable.



Can I request the same cleaner for each visit?

Yes you can request to have same cleaner or cleaners.

Yes we do vacuum all carpets but don’t offer steam cleaning at this time.

What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning process?

If something is damaged during the cleaning process and it was our fault we will repair damage or report to our insurance for claims purposes.



How do you handle pets during the cleaning process?

Most pets are fine to roam around but if they are big dogs, please kennel or take them out during the cleaning process.


Do I need to do anything to prepare for the cleaning service?
