Welcome to Tidyups Cleaning Service Inc. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Estimates & Pricing
All time frames provided for cleaning services are estimates only. Actual service time may vary depending on the condition, size, and complexity of the property.
Quoted amounts are not guaranteed totals. Final pricing may be adjusted if:
- The condition of the home differs from what was described at booking
- Additional areas or services are requested
- Extra time is required to complete the job properly
If additional time is needed and approved by you, it will be billed at the quoted hourly rate.
2. Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs.
- Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
- Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
3. Authorization for Before & After Photos
By booking our services, you provide explicit permission for Tidyups Cleaning Service Inc to take before and after photos for documentation purposes.
Photos are used for:
- Quality control
- Internal records
- Dispute resolution
We do not share identifiable personal information without consent.
4. Additional Time & Scope Changes
If during the cleaning you request:
- Additional areas cleaned
- Add-on services
- Extended cleaning time
You agree to the additional charges at the quoted hourly rate.
Work will not continue beyond the original scope without your approval.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure:
- Safe and legal access to the property
- Running water and electricity
- Pets are secured
- Hazardous conditions are disclosed in advance
We are not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed damage, fragile items, or unsafe environments.
6. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the concern and determine appropriate corrective action at our discretion.
7. Liability
Tidyups Cleaning Service Inc is insured. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Improperly installed fixtures
- Items not secured or mounted properly
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
